LIVED IT
His unique Brutal Honesty brand was forged through 18 years with the Australian Federal Police, where he developed, led and managed high performing individuals and teams across Australia and internationally. Responsible for high profile, high performance and high risk operations, Gary led the Australian Prime Minister’s Personal Protection Team, managed the strategic and operational responsibilities of the Office of Commissioner and conducted operations through the international network, surveillance and operational areas of the AFP, all while (silently) battling a deep, dark and destructive battle with mental health. While this battle would eventually break him down, it ultimately became the foundation for a greater future in building, re-building and rejuvenating individual, team and corporate performance with those he currently works with.
LEARNED IT
Combining his ‘on the job’ lived experience with a Masters in Brain and Mind Sciences (specialising in peak performance and leadership), an MBA (specialising in organisational strategy and culture) and experience, expertise and qualifications in strategic intervention, counselling and NLP, Gary's breadth of knowledge is matched by his depth of understanding.
